OUR FOCUS
Dermatological infections
Skin disorders caused by pathogens, especially viruses, represent a major bulk of the global skin disease incidence. The Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) and Herpes Simplex (HSV1/ HSV2) infect people at all stages of life, affecting over 4 billion people combined. Traditional medical interventions and current drugs used to treat warts and herpes have very low efficacies and do not prevent recurrence.
With our AI-guided approach, we are aiming to deliver a bioengineered therapeutic capable of eliminating viral infections in the skin with far better safety and accuracy.

After obtaining a B.Tech in Bioengineering from IIT Kanpur and a MSc in Genetics from UCL, Sandesh was immediately drawn to academic research. With over 5 years of experience as a bioinformatician, he is committed to our mission – to help further genetic healthcare for the benefit of people afflicted with common and rare disorders. He is currently affiliated as a research fellow in population genetics research at UCL.

Dr. Namita holds a MD degree in Dermatology and Venerology, and has a keen interest in implementing cutting-edge therapeutics in the clinic. She is our in-house medical expert and tirelessly facilitates the real-world validation for our in-silico work.
